Returning a District-Issued Device

  • District-issued devices must be returned if the student no longer needs the device or if the student no longer attends a school in Birdville ISD. 

Drop-off Location

  • Students will return devices to their home campus during regular school hours. 

     

    • If campus drop-off is unavailable...
    • If you are unable to drop-off during scheduled hours please send an email to helpdesk@birdvilleschools.net to inquire about other accommodations.

  • Students will need to bring all items issued, including chargers, cases, and any other technology devices with them when turning in technology
